If robe or gown is returned altered or damaged, additional fees will be charged to repair and/or replace the item. The garment may not be cut, dyed, painted, embellished or altered in any way. Tape, iron-on bonding web, glue, or any other type of adhesive may NOT be used on garments.
DAMAGED OR LOST GARMENT FEES:
damage charges will be assessed for broken zippers, detached garment pieces, make-up or any other damage that renders the garment not rentable. It includes the cost of supplies needed to restore the garment to its original state as well as labor expenses. Magor damage to garments, including irreparable tears, irreversible marks will be assessed at the replacement value of the item. Lost garments will be assessed with the lost item fee of the replacement value of the item.
I agree to sign the authorization form to complete the rental process with Beaus and Lace. I understand this information will only be used if damage/replacement charges occur.

Beaus and Lace is not responsible or liable to the Renter for personal injury or death to any person, or property damage arising out of or in connection with said item,s owned or leased by Beaus and Lace. The Renter agrees to use the garment or other items specified on this agreement at the Renter's own risk.
